This year would have been Donald MacPherson's 100th Birthday. Piping Live! is celebrating this centenary
with a very special event, commemorating Donald's huge legacy in the piping world. Donald’s students Dougie Murray and David Shedden will play Donald's compositions, as well as tunes that were important to Donald, along with sharing some of their memories of their time with him, compered by another of his students, Stuart Shedden. There will also be film clips shown of the great man, himself, who is widely acknowledged as one of the most successful competitive solo pipers of all time. So get your tickets now for this fantastic afternoon of music and celebration of the life and compositions of Donald MacPherson.

This event has in person tickets and is available on livestream. All livestreamed events are available to rewatch until 21st August 2022.
