The Emerging Talent strand of Piping Live! showcases some of the best up and coming young talent in piping and traditional music. Many are part of, or have completed the BMus Traditional Music degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Harbour Road are a newly-formed four-piece band featuring Bradley Parker (Pipes & Whistle), Breanna Wilson (Fiddle), Callum Convoy (Bodhran) & Sophie Joint (Piano). Bradley & Callum recently graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland both with Honours of the First Class & Bradley was a finalist for BBC Radio Scotland's Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2021. Sophie & Breanna are 'Danny Kyle' and 'Birmingham TradFest Molloy Award' Winners in 2019 & 2020. The band combines various genres with original compositions to create their unique, stirring sound.
