InB celebrates for the first time the rich sound of the Uilleann pipes and Scottish smallpipes pitched in the beautiful key of B. The powerful sound of four sets of pipes playing in harmony creates a beautifully unique tonal texture.
Award winning artists, Bríghde Chaimbeul and Fin Moore perform on Scottish smallpipes, handcrafted specially in B by Fin Moore. And on the Uilleann pipes, Louise Mulcahy and Tiarnán Ó Duinnchinn bring their unique approach to this musical collaboration.
Louise performs on a very special set of Uilleann pipes, once owned and played by the master piper Liam O’ Flynn. This set was entrusted to Louise by Na Píobairí Uilleann in 2019.
