Currently over 100 young people receive tuition as part of the project. Led by Pipe Major Scott Figgins and drumming instructor Thomas Barnes, 2022 was the Pipe Band’s first year competing in Novice Juvenile B at the World Championships as well as trips for the British and Scottish Championships.

The band is very excited to travel to Glasgow to perform at Piping Live! on Buchanan Street. It’ll be a fantastic experience for our young people to take in and hopefully inspirational to them in their piping and drumming futures.
