Their performances move between driving, high-energy sets and more, atmospheric pieces, showcasing a musical partnership built on creativity, precision and a shared passion for exploring the next stage of traditional music.

Both graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Kerr and Bradley bring a wealth of experience from the worlds of performance, competition and education. Both Kerr and Bradley assume leadership positions in the People’s Ford Boghall and Bathgate Caledonia Pipe Band as Leading Drummer and Pipe Sergeant.

Individually, the duo has amassed an exceptional list of achievements. Kerr is the current World Solo Drumming Champion and, earned international recognition through multiple world titles, major championship victories and performances across Europe and North America. Bradley was a finalist in the BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year, winner of Northern Ireland Young Musician of the Year and a three-time World Pipe Band Champion with Field Marshal Montgomery Pipe Band. 

Together, KMQxBP released their first single ‘New Light’ in August 2025. This was the exciting first step in a new journey of music the duo has been working on over the past couple of years. Both Kerr and Bradley look forward to continuing this journey through their performance at Piping Live!
