Laura-Beth MacCrimmon
Laura-Beth newly appointed Head of Youth & Communities here at NPC. What you might not know is that she is also mandolin player, singer and composer on the Scottish Trad Music scene.
Originally from Lincolnshire, Laura-Beth started her performing career touring with The Shee and Finnish band 'Frigg' before moving to Glasgow in 2008. She is an established mandolin tutor and event facilitator, as well as touring with award winning contemporary folk acts Kinnaris Q and 'From The Ground' with renowned piper Ali Hutton. In August, NPC will be home to the third Glasgow Mandolin Retreat, with mandolin players and tutors coming together from all over the world.
