Known for fostering a high standard of musicianship alongside a strong sense of community, St Columba's have developed a strong pipe band programme.
The band arrives at Piping Live! with an impressive competitive pedigree, including recent Scottish and UK Championship titles and a World Championship win in the Novice A grade. Beyond the competition circle, they are seasoned international performers, recently returning from New York where they were named ‘Pipe Band of the Parade’ during Tartan Week. Their performance on Monday offers a great opportunity to hear one of the country’s most vibrant school bands in a relaxed festival setting.
