Scotland has a proud tradition of pipe music, and the Tattoo is recognised as a pinnacle of excellence when it comes to performing. In support of pipers and drummers, they created The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Pipes and Drums and draw on talent from Scotland and around the world.

Promoting the traditions of Scotland around the world, the Tattoo Performers have taken part in events in Prague for the British Embassy, in Dusseldorf at Musikfest der Bundeswehr, at the Silk Road Global Expo in Xi’an - China, and participated in the New York Tartan Week.
