With an expanded range of grades, competition will be fierce to be overall champion across 4 grades. Today’s event will feature pipers in Grade 3 and 4.
Grade 3 Events:
1. Piobaireachd (Own Choice)
2. 2/4 March (Own Choice)
3. Strathspey & Reel (Own Choice)
4. Jig Event (Own Choice)
Grade 4 Events * Please note that Grade 5 pipers can play up in this grade.
1. Piobaireachd- Ground and Next Variation (Own Choice)
2. 2/4 March (Own Choice) 4 parts or 2 two parted 2/4 marches
3. Strathspey & Reel (Own Choice) two two parted Strathspey and Reel (Can be submitted from a four parted tune)
4. Jig Event (Own Choice) - Minimum 4 parts
