This year our flagship pipe band performances will take place in Buchanan Street. With 3 stops on Buchanan Street, there will be daily bands showcasing the best in pipe band performances. 

The start times indicate when each band will arrive at the first Buchanan Street performance area at the Donald Dewar Statue in front of the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall steps.

12.00pm - Ballarat Grammar Pipe Band, Australia

1pm - Brazilian Piper Band, Brazil

2pm - North West Junior Pipe Band, Washington, USA

3.30pm - Warwick Thistle Pipe Band, Australia

Artists play in a pedestrianised area of the city centre. All of our Buchanan Street events are free and don't require a ticket. 

Buchanan Street is largely step free with dropped kerbs at road crossings.
